At Xalvistro S.A.S. ("Xalvistro", "we"), with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 7, C1043ABM, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, we value your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Protection of Personal Data and regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter, such as your name and email address. We may also collect non-identifying technical data when you browse the site: anonymized IP address, browser type, language and pages visited.
2. Purpose of processing
Personal data is used exclusively to send you the Xalvistro newsletter, answer queries, improve our content and comply with legal obligations. We never sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Legal basis
Processing is carried out based on your explicit consent at the time of subscription and on the legitimate interest of the data controller, in accordance with Article 5 of Law 25,326.
4. Data retention
Your data is kept for as long as you maintain an active subscription or a legal obligation to retain it exists. You may request removal at any time by writing to legal@xalvistro.com.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, as well as to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to legal@xalvistro.com with "ARCO Rights" in the subject line. The AAIP is the supervisory authority.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control and annual audits to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
7. International transfers
When we use providers located outside Argentina (for example, email or analytics services), we ensure that they offer adequate safeguards in accordance with AAIP Provision No. 60/2016.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. We will publish the current version along with the date it was last updated.
